Strange things seem to be happening around the city, more than usual- at least. Rain has been constant, the whole city is on hurricane watch. But that's not all to watch out for. We follow Stormy, her brother- Rainy- Blaire, and Disteal as the embark on a mission to save their home. but at what cost?
