After the death of his sister in the United States, the businessman Tengan Mikami decides to take refuge in the popular video game “World Plus” by IMMERSION. This video game is an MMORPG-style virtual world in which his sister spent hours when she was still alive. Immersed in the guilt of never having accompanied her in the game, Tengan fulfills her wish after her death, but a problematic situation in the country ends up locking the players inside for 19 days.
