Illegal Tender is about a small group of super powered bartenders, trying to live their lives in a world where having super powers is illegal. The main character Lily and her brothers are thrust into this world the night their parents are murdered. They end up in the care of Emil - an ex-drug addict who used to be a field agent for the insidious 'Agency' - an organization know for hunting, imprisoning and terminating supers.
