Lance is a poor 16-year-old boy about to embark on a massive adventure across the world's seven kingdoms in pursuit of his father, who has been missing for five years. Lance, due to being poor, can't afford to pay the fee to travel from the entryways between the kingdoms, so he travels through the wilderness, a dead man's zone ruled by fearsome bandits, murderers, and mercenaries. On his journey, he will make new allies, new enemies, explore the mysteries of the world and make critical choices.
