Trying to cope with her mother's death, Jess Fuentes sells her now-empty house to move to New York and take up a new job. She's unsure of how to feel about the change until she meets her new boss Delilah Meyers. This is when she realizes that New York might have more to offer than she first thought. Though the hierarchy of power might get in their way.
