Several years have passed since Nicolette defeated the evil being that possessed her as a child and she has since started a family of her own. However, an unexpected and unwelcome return of the evil spirit brings with her the desire to tear the family apart. Nicolette's son William takes it upon himself to fight the evil spirit but will discover an inner darkness of his own that may be an even greater threat than the parasite herself.
