This story stars Carmen, an innocent young girl who loves mischief and adventure. And Nemo(Elias), her hyper intelligent talking fish friend who loves Peace and quiet and long walks on the beach. while he can be a tad of a stick in the mud he does wish to protect Carmen and all the others he cares about by any means necessary regardless of the fact that he’s just a fish.
