Kiro a 15 year old soon to be 16 was just let out of a detention center due to good behavior. Kiro plead to court him never being close to his parents and with his parents agreeing in court he was allowed to join the S.A.P program. The Student Adult Program uses its funds to help children who are belived to be able to care for themselvs in the real world. Of course youd need parent permission which kiros parents were glad to give. Kiro is now officially able to live on his owns as a S.A.P .
