(18+ Gore warning) In a world where most of the population possesses their own unique abilities the US government started a project on creating Bio-children. But this project went horribly wrong when a child gained a powerful ability and started killing everyone within the building and had the belief that she should rule the world. The child became so powerful that only one man could possibly rival her godly power.
