Will I ever escape these insecurities? I’m stuck in a mirror, and I’m pounding on the glass, screaming, crying.
I’m getting tired, my metaphorical fists ache and bleed. I have broken the glass, but I am enclosed in a bigger box of flaws, each wall covered by a shiny, new mirror that had proven that the other mirror did not deceive me.
