Ka Pares Solomon “Solo” runs deep into the forest with a black eye on his face and a box of cigarettes in hand. As he rests against a large tree for a smoke break, he encounters an unlikely figure — a Kapre! They introduce themselves as “Pare,” and seem just as curious to learn what Solo is running away from.
