Karma Salem is a young girl with dreams of becoming a great magic user called a "Mancer". But after failing a mancy exam, she is cursed to transform into a cat whenever she feels too extreme of a negative emotion. With everything working against her, Karma does everything she can to make her dream come true... even when the world see her as nothing more than a failure.
