We've had a new house in the works for over a year now, but due to market changes, now that it's almost done, we're being hit with steps that we didn't think we'd have to take, namely having to stage the current house for selling it because we originally had 2 buyers interested, but they're not able to buy anymore because stuff... And of course, the children are making it oh so easy for us TnT
