Death has sent his warriors. Two constructs, powered by the souls of Morte and Anno, march into the city of the god king Desican to bring his unnaturally long reign to an end. Desican is one of the Beast Kings, who have ruled the land between rivers for thousands of years, their lives extended beyond their due by their connection to mystical beasts. The Death Knights and Witches have but one goal: to return the power of rule to those who can die.
