KingSlayer is an ultra-violent, blood-soaked epic about a poor peasant farmer who joins a group of red-cloaked rebels in order to overthrow a tyrannical monarchy and establish a democratic-republic. Set in a fictional fantasy world, the story explores deep political themes about monarchy, democracy, loyalty, and patriotism, as well as weaving in personal conflicts around love, loss, and fatherhood. Oh, and all the characters are drawn in a cute chibi art style.
