Twenty years after a horrible civil war that destroyed the region of Kalos, a young orphan boy named Alrune runs away from home to escape the torment he endures every day. With a hopeful view on the outside world, Alrune has little knowledge of the trouble brewing, and the promise of death that follows him wherever he may go.
