This noir tale is set in Ybalon – a region of mystery, resembling the Spanish colonial era of the Philippines having just entered the industrial age. Inhabited by people and strange beings called DIN’s (“Dili Ingon Nato” – Not Like Us) A land of urban legends and strange stories. Events are slowly unfolding. And they are not pleasant.
