La Chica 666 is a surreal webtoon blending queer embodiment, Afro-diasporic cosmology, sonic experimentation, and speculative horror. Set in the fractured world of Distrito Ruido, the series follows a living signal born from ritual, memory, theremin performance, and transformation. Inspired by Afro-Brazilian spirituality and Gloria Anzaldúa’s nepantla, it explores identity as vibration, survival, and mythic becoming.

Marco Gramacho Cerqueira (he, él, ele) holds a Phd in Cultural Studies and Social Thought in Education from Washington State University in Pullman (WA). A journalist from Brazil, he identifies as a queer/joteria performer embodying arts based methods and Gloria Anzaldua’s auto historia/teoria.
