A far lost cultist in Rome conducts a ritual that is promised to grant him rule over the world. The ritual doesn't go as expected and a lot of people, including our protagonist Velo, are caught in the effects of the resulting explosion. This event causes a historical shift in power, creating earth's first ACTUAL heroes and villains. The Ancient Tears that were initially used in the ritual are now scattered around the world and they are the key to undeniable victory and conquer. Fear the Tears.
