Throughout the world, there are magical creatures spoken of only in myth and legend, but they are undoubtedly real. One of these Legends is Mer, who has recently awakened from a coma-like state to a world unfamiliar to her. All she remembers is a flash of lighting, glowing red eyes, and the sting of betrayal.
