Bloodworker Bakeneko have a poor sense of smell, to make up for it, they have incredible hearing, decent eyesight. Blood cells pass near the eye sockets, therefore they see things much brighter than they actually are. Of coarse their eyes don't burn the moment they look at something, but objects appear whiter to them.
