In the future, housing and resources are regulated by the government as the planet is dying. Jaime, a hungry journalist, moves into a level 3 "hotel" where she meets Kailey, a Greens Assistant and mother working on a secret project to save the planet. Jaime smells something to be uncovered but what's more important— the story or the future?
