Lights beneath the city is a story about a girl and her older brother. When the boy and girl were young they watched their parents get killed which caused the boy and girl to grow up crazy. A couple months after they watched their parents die, the boy yells at the girl and leaves her when she's only 7. Around 9 years later, the two siblings find each other, get in an argument and fight.
