In the Kingdom of Evertide, there once was a royal family, blessed with the Favors of God. One day, a prince was born weak, with no blessings and therefor no power. Envious of his clairvoyant older sister, he murdered all members of the royal court; saving, yet blinding one: the queen. Under the illusion that the prince was dead, a false prophet rose into power and devastated the land, breaking all connections with god, and corrupting the people. Our story starts here.
