After escaping hell to live a quiet life, a demon named Ivan finds himself in Japan. Finding a place to live, he rents an apartment in Tokyo, but upon arriving finds someone else is there. A half Japanese, half Korean boy named Lin Ishikawa. A mistake in the paperwork resulted in Ivan and Lin both being owners. Now Ivan must share the apartment and keep his identity secret if he wants to live his desired quiet life.
