Lulu’s Café is the sketchbook of Ottover — a kid who can’t stop drawing the two most interesting people he knows. His grandma Lulu runs the café, holds an electrical engineering degree she never mentions, and has a past nobody’s quite figured out. Papa Joe is a Marine who answers most questions with ‘When I was in the Marines…’ and somehow that always works. Every strip is a page from Ottover’s book. You’re just lucky enough to be reading it.
