Kiyomi Umetsu is your average school girl who just so happens to have a magical time machine. Kiyomi came home after school and took her cat outside to feed and play with it when she sees a time machine made by a certain professor. when she gets in with her cat,the cat starts jumping around then which shows a message from professor who explains all of the time machine power and buttons and also says that the machine can transport into books
