In the Dangerous city of Manhattan crime and murder are at its highest. Empirical is a cunning forensic pathologist/Anthropologist who is searching for her missing friend, but finds herself entangled with the dealings of the mafia throughout her search. The big mafia family of Manhattan is at odds with a new organization, the Spider-lilies, who are uniting smaller street gangs against the mafia, upsetting the balance of power in the city. Will Empirical find her missing friend?
