With a handshake in the dark, ironically arranged under smokestacks, we discover that the Reformers weren't the only party working to cause the Collapse of the Old Order. Coming to the end of his story, both Ecco and Kevin speculate on the fate of the Reformers, and though Ecco may have lived in that era long past, some doubts on his knowledge remain. History, perhaps, is not so simple.
