A while later, the gang conceal themselves in an alleyway, where at long last, Isaiah asks Kevin about the colt. When he receives a verbal reply not from his friend, but from the steed, he understandably freaks the flip out and questions his own sanity. Resolving to meet tomorrow, the kids head for home as Ecco, this time positively, reassesses adopting the kids as his new band of merry men.
