A sweet, shy girl named Jasmine-chan loves to swim in the ocean. Anytime she does not have to photoshoot she will sneak down to the ocean and go swimming. But when she starts going to the Hudson Academy strange things start to happen. Whenever she touches water she turns into a mermaid, her best friend is a mermaid as well, she is a lost princess, and worst of all her land mother is not her real mother. Will Jasmine stay on land or will she go to her kingdom and take back her rightful place.
