I love tacos, but since I’m not eating meat, I feel like I’ve never eaten “real” tacos. Most taco places we went to, when we were living in Mexico, had mushroom and cactus as alternative fillings. Add some salsa, guacamole and lime, and you’re in taco heaven. But I’ve never eaten hard shell tacos.
