Eric is the soon-to-be mayor of a small town but he wants to aim higher. He wants to be an astronomer and live in the city instead. One night, he goes out for a late-night stroll when he gets lost. He hears the soft melody of someone singing and starts following the voice. There he finds a tall tower standing alone and a mysterious woman who happens to be the one singing.
