Not too long ago, magic was discovered and integrated into a third of the population, sprawling the world into war from it's misuse. Decades have past since then, now a collection of the most dangerous war participants and their descendants are imprisoned in a large city with no chance to escape, until fate brings a pair of siblings into the fold.
