In a country called Kylma, where magic still lives, a young woman named Charlie dreams of one thing only: to become a master of magic, also known as a sage. In pursuit of her dream, she moves to Sage City, the world capital of magic. However, Charlie finds one small road bump in her grand plan: she has no magical talent whatsoever.
