Charles, 50, is a rugged, brooding man who bears a striking resemblance to Charles Bronson. Born in the U.S., he has spent his entire career in human resources, specializing in headhunting. Recruited by the Japanese staffing and training firm Talentia, he moved to Japan several years ago. Divorced and childless, he lives by a personal creed: to stay cool and live philosophically.
