Volkert, a 38 yrs old police man but he isnt just a police man, hes also known as "MR.GLOCK" a hero that uses 2 glocks not only that he uses a shield aswell. Volkert works as a police man hes always successful but in his other side, he is "MR.GLOCK" and he saves people that are in danger because the victims might be too late to call the cops so he rushes in to save the victims. Wanna know how? A computer, the computer tells him who are in danger and where it is.
