A young scholar, Thadeus, comes back to his hometown for the summer after studying in Vilnius. There, he meets a mysterious beauty, but confuses her with another woman. A drama filled romance set in early 19th century Lithuania. [All the characters come from a polish novel "Pan Tadeusz" by Adam Mickiewicz]
