When certain people are killed at the World Leaders Conference bombing, the clues all point back to the secret society known as the Caldwell Initiative. But it’s all a frame-up by Caldwell’s eternal enemy, the Red Tie Club. With investigative agencies all over closing in, Caldwell is forced to activate a plan by Dr. Donald Dixon and place its fate into a group of hardened criminals whom he refers to as My Ninjaz!
