After living with her adoptive father in the frozen tundra of the North for all her life, Quilo Oaklis soon finds out that there may be a chance that her parent's survived the genocide on the Ishari. Her determination to get answers to her past spurs her on to begin her search for them, while all the while dodging plagued creatures and the very people that supposedly killed her family.
