Two years ago the Spirit War started. The humans and "monsters" got in a huge fight and eventually the majority of humans were killed by witches and warlocks and the werewolves and elves went into hiding. There's about 1000 humans left and a whole lot of "monsters". Forest is fighting in the spirit war with a group of others who have joined together out of fear. Somehow they all have become more comfortable from fighting alongside one another. They experience a lot of pain and sadness.
