In the very distant future, within a universe where extraterrestrials once lived alongside humans for eons. Amongst the chaotic reaches of the cosmos lives a supervillain named Cepheus and his colleague Drake. Cepheus is widely ridiculed for having a less-than-stellar reputation when it comes to villainy, and his peers of ne'er-do-wells mock him relentlessly. However, this hardly hinders Cepheus' hubris. He's still determined to become the greatest supervillain to ever live.
