Hello my name is Randy Toroni, I am the soul creator, artist, writer, designer, of the NeoTera universe and Manga series. I have been working on the NeoTera IP since 2012 to the present. I did the world building for NeoTera for about 10 years. My wife Xingwen Shi is coloring the manga for webtoon.
