A small percentage of people had developed supernatural abilities through radiation exposure, which altered their genes. In the year 2020 many of them started to malfunction and leak radiation into the environment. In that small percentage there is Utsu Sasaki who joins an organization of ability holders, Nexus, to save her brother from a terrible mistake.
