Basketball Underground Matches also know as BASUMATSI is a branch of an organized gambling ring created by the biggest crime syndicates mainly for the purpose of entertainment, gambling, and child exploitation which for the most part, composed of orphans and delinquents. The sudden death of a BASUMATSI star known as the "Blazing Fox of Basumatsi" subsequently led to the organization's downfall, years later his younger brother joins the newly formed basketball club called NIÑOS.
