Having boredom means you have lots of time on your hand so take advantage of that and do something that makes you feel less bored instead of wasting it on complaining like I do haha. Hey, it's okay to complain, just dont let complaining control you, that's all. BUt yeaa I sometimes still complain, but hey, at least I am learning to complain less, that's a good start.
