chapter 5 is out :DD I hope you guys enjoy this one! I recently went to a group therapy to see how I would like it (it's okay as long as I don't have to talk) but during a session, the first thing we did was breathe (meditate) for about 5 mins I think and it really helped me absorb the positive thoughts that came after, as the therapist talked about taking baby steps towards better mindset
