I just needed to remind myself that taking breaks is NORMAL and that I don't have to feel "burnt out" to feel like I've done something or FORCE myself to work till I burn out or even FORCING myself to be unhealthy because that is all that I know. This is just me telling myself to calm down, you're not meant to be Miss Perfect... no one is, we're human beans. Just needed to tell myself to relax.
