I used to sometimes feel most inadequate when watching others make faster progress than me, but learned that the reason I felt that way was because I didn't take care of my plant. SO, when I catch myself comparing the speed of my growth to others, I am learning to be more kind and patient in a caring manner to myself. Learning that the speed that I am growing at is okay and good too.
