Okuda Alarik Kai is a sixteen-year old boy who has been imprisoned for murder. The prison is called Routakare and it is located in Cyaniris city which is the capital of the Lambyridae Empire. The Empire is known for how people have oppressed every robot or cyborg, or even those with even a little bit of metal in their bodies. Just when Kai think he's going to rot in this prison, a unusual group arrives.
